He's playing it smart - the last 6 weeks will be time for the flurry of ads. Answering all those between now and then tend to waste money without actually changing anything.
Considering how he hasn't wasted time and money trying to counter most of the negative ads, he is sitting pretty good.

So Clinton is spending $140 million and Trump is up 4 points. does that mean if she spends $280 million Trump will be up 8 points?

And when you add future ad reservations, it's $140 million to $0. Wow.

If you are constantly plastered by ads no matter what is being promoted at some point you begin to rebel.

I do hope Trump blankets the airways with anti-Hillary ads post convention. The media will carry the water for Hillary, but the ads are a way for Trump to bypass the media and show Americans why she is unfit to be President.

Interesting. From what I’ve read one of their most often run ad is a rehash of the “fat pig, etc.” ad run against Trump during the primaries. During the primaries he withstood about $75 to $100 MILLION in attack ads, so he may have actually been immunized. In almost every poll, except for the rigged Reuters polls, he’s neck and neck despite all the attack ads, even in the battleground states he’s hanging right with her. For Clinton to be spending tens of millions in attack ads, and millions more on her 800 person staff, and her other campaign expenses, while Trump takes advantage of free media, I’d say that he is by far, running the smartest campaign ever seen.

Team Clinton Spent $26M on Battleground Ads in June. Trump Spent $0. Well, that explains why Clintons' up 2 percent...

It would be interesting if he ran the
Juanita Broaddrick Dateline interview as a late night infomercial - every night. To fill for no commercials during that half hour end with some Juanita Broaddrick / Hannity interview clips accusing Hillary Clinton.

LOL, $26M down the toilet. I wonder how many more millions it will take before they realize all the ad spending is actually working against them.
