She wouldn’t be looking at me in any case, but she is not a lesbian. She claims to have been with women in college, which I take as lefty cred. Her sister is a lesbian. She is not.

How cool is that... a dagger made from meteorite metal. Totally awesome.

Thanks SteveH for the ping and thanks wildbill for the topic.
Look, some moron put "callingartbell" into the keywords.
The story (variously sourced) had been posted earlier this month, and I managed to miss one of the earlier times as well.

lol. He always had the look of a serial killer more than a renowned surgeon to me, in his eyes.
He’s a good man and I’m sure has saved many lives, but dont see him as a president.

Look, some moron put "callingartbell" into the keywords. I'm not the particular moron who added the keywords, but I will be the moron that pings him.

Ancient Egypt doesn’t have any iron. Any ancient iron artifacts are either meteoric in origin, or imported.

Exactly the point of the article. My question is somewhat more pragmatic than the origin of the iron that made up the dagger.
HOw did the ancient Egyptians of the Bronze age recognize a rare meteorite as a metal or having metallic properties and then how did they learn to smelt it into a dagger. This would seem to be beyond the capabilities of the Bronze Age.

They were having problems with folks using iron weapons - Hittites and Assyrians.
