Walker comes across as GOPe to the bone, but for some reason certain conservatives love him.
GOPe = Somebody who actually managed to get elected in a Democrat state? Or just somebody who managed to get elected to something somewhere?

GOPe is someone who belongs to the donors not the voters.
A vast gap has developed between GOP voters and donors.
Open Borders is the largest part of it but there are many other differences too.
