Observations work somewhat OK for weather if all you need to know is if it’s raining. But it doesn’t tell you why.
Even less so for “climate change”... Observations tell you nothing since climate change amounts to hundreds of thousands of weather reports strung back to back.

Let’s just send him a ‘Weather Predicting Rock’. You know, one of those special rocks for sale in the tourist traps that say ‘if it’s wet, it’s raining...if it’s hot, the temperature is higher’ etc.......
