They make it sound like she does not bear any responsibility because she did not plan, organize and lead the attack on the consulate.

• 7)Standard Marine guard for diplomatic missions replaced by poorly funded British contractor and local Feb. 17th Martyrs Brigade with Al-Qaeda ties.
