The most uncomfortable moment came when Liz, between seal claps, tried comedy. “Donald Trump says he’ll Make America Great Again. It’s stamped on the front of his goofy hat!” she howled in the style of that hilarious comedian Jeb Bush. “You want to see goofy? Look at him in that hat!”
Yes, the crowd was loud. Almost as loud as a Trump rally. But despite what the compliant media will tell you, it was not a good showing for Liz Warren.
It was, as Trump put it, “goofy.”

When Trump goes off on one of his insult rants, he just sounds pompous and unpolished. As if he isn’t a professional politician.
When Warren does it, she sound elitist. Like she is talking to her powerful friends about the “commoners”.
“Trump’s trying to be like the commoners, the steerage, the Walmart class, the people who stand in lines”. The people she drives by in her limo every day and pretends to not notice.

The both of them are awkward stiffs. They are clearly not used to dealing with normal people except maybe their household servants, gardeners and other hired help. They look down their noses at anybody deemed to be inferior to them. Thus their lame and disingenuous attempts to appear hip and street-wise in front of "regular folk" fall hilariously short. The both of them are complete phonies.
Donald Trump is far wealthier and much more removed then they are to the rest of us but he is a genuinely warm person who does not speak down to people. Even if you are low man on the totem pole in the Trump organization, you will earn his respect if you show competence in your field and do your job well. He will even go out of his way to do a favor for you as he has demonstrated all his life.
With the other two, your "obedience" is expected and all you will get for your efforts is sneering contempt.
