Wow! The thing that is VERY scary about this kind of attack is that EVERY single airport on the planet can be bombed from the curbside parking, and baggage check areas, to the TSA security portals, in the exact same way.
Hey Obama- if you keep treating Islamic terrorism as if it’s workplace violence, an aggrieved protected class, or a lone wolf (pack) you and your sycophants, can expect much more of the same, just like what’s happened in Turkey today. Unfortunately, so can the rest of us.
Turkey likes to blame the PKK, before anyone else, and who knows, it might just be the PKK.
Wherever the security perimeter is established, there is a chokepoint and at some point, people will "pile up" in that area. At this airport, the first such zone is outside the building.
This isn't rocket science, anybody who thinks about proposed "make it safer by relocating the security checkpoint" arguments figures out that the proposal is feelgood garbage, and does not resolve the issue. All that can be done is relocate the kill zone.
We'll get it here, no doubt about it.
