Yes, I agree. And in that great interview Rush just had with J. Christian Adams, Adams also said indicting Hillary could make her a sympathetic character, and possibly a stronger candidate, as happened with Bubba in the 90s. Many Bernie voters would flock to her in solidarity.

What I see is lynch recusing herself and no hillary indictment until after the elections if at all.You can bet if she loses the election they will punish her immediately so zero can pardon her before he leaves office.that way double jeopardy will kick in and the Clintons get another free ride.
