It did. It was a permitted rally by NEO nazis. The opposing side was not permitted just showed up to cause trouble
It took a little digging, but apparently the rally was for recruitment to KKK. There were a bunch of counter-culture types there, who took exception to the presence of the “right-wing extremists”, and it was not conclusively explained who did the stabbing, or which side were victims here.
