Now liberal anti-gun folk, while bemoaning the tragedy of all those killed and wounded, would probably say the marksmanship was exemplary simply because the shooters didn’t shoot to kill but tried to wound without killing.
It’s the old ‘why dont the cops shoot the guns out of the hands of villains theory’ of stupid people who grew up watching the Lone Ranger do that.
