Remember Slick of the red nose and constantly wiping handkerchief? I firmly believe that when Slick took office he was either still using or had very recently stopped.
I am at an age where I care little what others may think of me or my past, but WRT Slick being a coke head, it takes one to know one...and I say he was one.
