If Hillary requires a pardon from Obama because the proof of her crimes is overwhelming, then that same proof can be used to convict her of perjury if a jury believes that she is lying when she says, "I can't recall".
As others have pointed out, Al Capone and John Gotti both died in prison.
And she is at least as deserving as they....
