I actually like Texas, almost took a job there 35 years ago, it’s just that too many of you end up believing your own bull$hit! While Texas has a lot of things to recommend it, it isn’t the “land of milk and honey” that most of you have deluded yourselves into thinking that it is. The one myopic view that you all seem to have is that you can’t become like California. There was a time when I was convinced that California could never become what it has become (and I’ve been here in CA for almost 76 years, and thought that Ronald Reagan’s CA would be here forever). Good luck with ignoring reality, when it finally bites you in the ass, call me! BTW, have you noticed all those RAT counties you have a couple of tiers deep along the Rio Grande? That’s Mexico setting up shop on their move northward. But don’t worry, you can move to the Panhandle when they arrive in your town (if you aren’t already there)!
