A recent, related article stated sales of class 6 -7 (over-the-road,tractor trucks) have declined 39%! The downturn is killing the truck dealerships.
I was speaking to my daughter today. She bought a used car because she can’t repair her old one of the same year. Suzuki no longer ships parts from Japan to the US for it. What few parts in existence are parts overstock.
She informed me that Cummings just moved their plant to Japan. Wonder how long before truckers can’t get parts for their trucks?
We can’t keep moving industry out of the USA and expect to thrive as a nation.
My own suspicious mind says they intend to clear the country out of industry...all industry. Right now, the dregs of other nations are being shipped here, and eventually all of us here will be starved as the UN takes over all natural resources. Eventually, there will be few or no people here and it will be a wild wilderness. Or something along those lines. The country will be utilized for it’s resources, sans humans.
They’ve been inching toward such a scenario for some time now.
