Said San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo: "The Court's deadlocked decision undermines the righteous aspirations of thousands of our San Jose neighbors, whether they're college-educated DREAMers launching their careers, or parents seeking reunification with their children. I join with mayors, business leaders and social justice advocates throughout the nation in urging comprehensive immigration reform."This is the same mayor Liccardo who told his police force to stand down and let the violent protesters attack the attendees at the Trump rally.

the court doomed to tie votes on divisive issues that should be resolved either way.
Not true: the issue was decided. The lower court ruling stands.
Suck eggs.

In other news, employment figures for American born white boys have suddenly increased in Silicon Valley. More at 6.

They really need to take their big mouths, Mehican flags and anti-Trump banners back to where they came from. They didn’t come here for “a better life”. They came here as invaders, rapists, thieves and murders. No sympathy here.

The SCOTUS decision was not about illegal aliens. It was about separation of power and states rights that were being trampled on by a rogue White Hut.

You would think the paper would be more alarmed that 4 supreme court justices believe that the President has the power to make laws.

As much as I can’t stand Mitch McConnell, thank God that he has thus far held firm on not allowing the Garland nomination to proceed. Merrick Garland is a ‘yes’ vote on all of Obama’s lawlessness and once Obama is out of office, he would continue to be a “yes” for any Lib/Dem/Prog efforts to disarm and dismantle this country.

The issue WAS resolved, the whining libtards just don’t like it so as usual they are throwing a hissy. Their little tantrum in the House was as likely a smokescreen to keep Zero’s rebuke off the front page...per usual CYA and spin.

I have been hearing this LIE since the man child had his temper tantrum yesterday.... this was NOT a “non-decision by SCOTUS”. The high court ROUTINELY allows the previous appeals court ruling to stand. That is what happened. The fact that it was a 4-4 vote is interesting, but doesn’t make it invalid.
