As an FYI: St. Clairsville, OH., appears to be approximately 10 miles due west Of Wheeling, WV. Is this coal country? I would venture a guess that plenty of crossover voters will attend this rally. Woot! Woot!
Also, out of curiosity, I brought up a map of hotels and motels in the Washington, DC., area, for the dates Jan. 18th - Jan. 24th (six nights) which covers the presidential inauguration, plus a couple of days on each end. Almost every room was booked in the District. Rooms that went for $100-$150 a night, were going for $300-$900 a night, with some a little lower priced and some a little higher priced. A few rooms could be had in the outlying areas for nominal prices.
Sadly, this kind of booking fury puts the Kibosh on booking a hotel in the District for the express purpose of a Free Republic Ball... or does it?
