I guess this tells me Canada is against BREXIT so they HATE Donald and HATE England !
Good Morning.
My friend in England said she understands the road ahead is going to be a little rough but the economy will bounce back and making money isn't what's important now. She said getting out means more than making money. The farmers around her town want to start growing for England. Eunice wants to start buying England's product not SPAIN'S!
If anyone has a friend or a family member in England please consider as I have to buy from Amazon UK and have the items sent to them.(I use American credit card) I did this Friday and the boxes arrived on Sunday. She was thrilled. It you look carefully some items are 40 dollars or more marked down. Our dollar is sooooo much stronger than their pound. Now is the time to buy over there!
Two very nice umbrellas were over 40 dollars marked off!
Good morning NIKK and all!
NIKK - thanks for the first-hand update from someone in the UK. Great idea about the purchase of items from Amazon UK.

At least some of us in the TF have mentioned having Slavic heritage, though I don’t think you have to have such heritage to enjoy this. For those of you who don’t watch Fox and Friends, they do a cooking segment every week with one of their hosts or contributors. Last week they did one with Dr. Gorka. Most of us have seen Dr. Sebastian Gorka on TV (he’s really great on terrorism and ISIS and IIRC is an advisor to Mr. T). He and his son were on last week and here’s his recipe (I think it was his mother’s):
Hungarian Goulash/Sebastian Gorka’s recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed stew beef (chuck)
5 tbsp. butter
I ½ cups chopped onion
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
5-6 cloves garlic chopped
1 tablespoon whole caraway seeds
I teaspoon salt
Fresh black pepper
2 lbs. potatoes - peeled and cubed
I cup green pepper, cored, seeded and diced
1 fresh tomato, chopped
Brown the beef in the melted butter and remove from pan then saute onion. When the onion is soft, add the paprika, stir briefly than return meat and juices to the pan. Add the caraway seeds, finely chopped garlic, and a small amount of cold water. Braise the meat slowly. If pan gets too dry add more water.
Just before the meat is tender (usually after about 1 1/2 hours of cooking), add the cubed potatoes, green pepper and tomatoes. Serve when vegetables are cooked through. There should be quite a bit of sauce but not enough to submerse the meat.
Serve with loaf of crusty white bread.
He said it was very important to add the caraway seeds. A couple posters on the site said they tried it and it was very good. A thought I had was to omit the potatoes and perhaps add sliced or baby carrots and serve over egg noodles (just because I love pasta of any kind).
Good morning!!
Thanks for the ‘on the site’ feedback, from your dear friend, Eunice!
I love the idea of buying British!! I will check out Amazon UK.
Have a great day, everyone!! I’ve got several projects I’m working on, so I’ll touch base as I can.
As for Canada Free Press...what a YUGE disappointment. I’ll voice my opinion to them, if I can find a way to do that. Crybabies!
NIKK as much as I WANT to support Great Britain, I am TRULY torn about supporting Amazon!!! Wish I could just jump on a plane have a great shopping day and return home!!!
