Yeah but isn't that due mainly to the dead weight of millions of illegals who would be promptly shown the door? Liberals always like to use those stats against the South as proof that conservative governments don't work economically, but truth is that's where most of the black people and a large portion of illegal hispanics live, and that's what's drawing all the money from FedGov. Harsh but true.
