If you look at a lot of Pop, Country, or Blues Music, so many either borrowed or even stole certain chords, Riffs or whatever, anybody could bring suit against anyone.

Led Zeppelin won the suit probably because of sentimentality and being better known or a lot of subjective reasons. They won and don’t have to share or give up royalties.

Yep. Most rockers should be paying royalties to Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Jerry Lee Lewis.
