Again, don’t acquiesce to the Leftist lies. Just because the Left (and those gullible enough to believe the Left, “constitutional” doesn’t make it so.

I’ve given a reasonable definition of what is actually “constitutional” supported by renowned constitutional scholars such as Judge Bork. Left says its constitutional because SCOTUS says it is. Don’t let the Lying Left make up their own definitions for you.

I'm not acquiescing. I'm mocking the illegitimate edicts put out by the courts, even though they are labeled "constitutional" by the entities that issue them.

I'll use whichever the label or definition my correspondent prefers - arguing over labels and definitions is usually a waste of time, so I let the other guy define it, and argue my point from there.
