Since UMass is located on a point that sticks out into the harbor, they will be the first to get inundated.

This COULD be a good thing.

If UMass goes underwater, the Edward M Kennedy Institute for the US Senate would be next to go underwater.

Unlike UMass, the Kennedy Institute should have a couple of Delmont 88s to use as lifeboats.

After the Kennedy Institute goes underwater, the offices of the Boston Globe would be next to go underwater.

How is any of this a bad thing?

Maybe it isn’t the sea level rising.
