Colorado’s Columbine high school massacre taught us that cops will hide behind their cars while kids are getting killed, so what makes anyone think that has changed?
Yep
All buffed up with military haircuts and black guns hiding behind the car
They do best in overwhelming force and surprise situations
Against deranged people with butcher knives
There are brave cops willing to run in and save the day
There are also a lot of pumped bullies who high five when they kick ass over the weak and sick
I don’t think the quality of law enforcement personel is what it used to be
From my youth in 60s and 70s
Seem to recall an episode maybe in Ohio some years after Columbine where they did it differently and went quick and stopped the perp. There was hope of a new idea but it has since returned to the wait and die routine.
