That is why I won’t even apply for a CWP. Permit? we haven't needed 'em in Wyoming for 'bout 5 years now, come July. Open or concealed, carry as you like. Rainy or dusty day, toss on a jacket or rainslicker so your iron doesn't get wet. No worries.
