Blacks have little or no impulse control and those in local government are too cowed by Federal governors to provide the required external governance. Since we have abdicated our right to govern one must get adjust from a peaceful existence to a life lived with assaults, robberies, insults killings, rapes etc. As the Gaul said to the Roman “Woe to the Conquered.”
As I said in another thread about Obambi's Fathers' Day speech, there are so many black men who impregnate women and walk away. The male children get NO positive male influence. This country used to look for those dead beats and make them pay in various ways, but no longer.
No wonder so many cities have black ghettos and kill each other every single day. Who is the last liberal you've heard ever mention that? Or anyone? It's our National shame.
