Donald Trump's campaign started the month with a paltry $1.3 million in cash a mere fraction of Hillary Clinton's $42.5 million war chest putting the GOP frontrunner at a sharp disadvantage heading into the general election against Clinton's money machine.
And it's not just money the filings revealed a campaign staff of less than 70, a number was dwarfed by Clinton's nearly 700 paid employees, and few of the campaign's expenses suggested work had begun to build out a more robust operation. All together, it's the most lopsided fundraising start to a presidential election in the modern campaign finance era."

The career criminal is at an advantage but we still have 5 months left. It seems like Trump is reorganizing before he begins ripping her to shreds, let’s hope. .
This article wants us to assume that the larger pile of money ensures a win.
Maybe not this time.
The Salem Radio #neverTrumpers are crowing about this today. Little Ben Shapiro and Elisha Krauss are announcing once again that Trump Is Finished.
Jeb!’s massive advantage in cash sure helped him to win the nomination.
The cash problem can be remedied. As to staff, the old British Foreign Office in the early 1900’s ran the British Empire with about that many.
A modern Presidential Campaign doesn’t need a main office with almost 900 people to make it work. Hillary hired anyone and everyone, and her payroll overhead, etc. is tremendous and she has to raise a lot of money to pay everyone on her payroll and the overhead.
How’d that $100 Mil work out for the Jebster?
More fearmongering by the Lamestream media. Even lame GOPers are falling for it like Rick Moran at American Thinker.
Does this really matter? Seriously. If it did, Trump would have written a billon dollar check to his campaign just to prove he could. While Clinton has sold her sole for money, Trump can write himself a check, no strings attached. Besides, more valuable, he is a clear master of getting free advertising. I don’t think it matters at all.
Trump only has to put out a call for money and he’d have $50m in a heartbeat.
The conventional wisdom is totally screwed this year.
Trump sends a tweet, which costs him nothing, and the media gives it the full 24 hour news cycle treatment.
Money isn’t going to be everything this year. However, if Trump is going to beat the margin of fraud from the democrats, he IS going to have to get something going on the ground. I suspect he’ll really start to do that after the convention.
Apparently it takes a lot of money to convince the electorate in nearby cemeteries to vote for Hillary, and for election machines to interpret a voter's selecting a GOP lever or button as actually meaning to select the straight-party Demonicrat ticket.

Better question is why Quisling never Trump “Republicans” spent MILLIONS to defeat Trump but apparently NOTHING to defeat Hillary. The mask is off. Completely.
Trump only has to put out a call for money and hed have $50m in a heartbeat.

Or the stroke of the pen. This imbalance in funds has to be intentional.

Interesting factoid....
Money support sent yesterday. Time to put money where mouths are.
If I was part of the Hillary staff I would be petrified about the election. For Trump to be within 10 points Nationally and in a dead heat in several swing States at this point without spending a nickel spells doom for Clinton. For the most part the real meat of the campaign starts after the conventions.
What the HELL good did Bush’s 143 million do him.........NO GOOD!!!!!!!
Hilary sold the bottom of her foot? I think you meant soul
Yep, that one. Guess I should get some caffeine and wake up before writing more. Thanks!
