There are facts that do not make sense.
1. Sanford is British. Why would a foreigner from England decide to kill a United States Republican candidate, Trump, over a year ago?
2. He arrived in the U.S., bought a BMW, and drove from Hoboken, New Jersey, to southern California. Why to southern California? Was there someone or some group there that was supporting him in this endeavor?
3. He tries to steal a firearm away from a police officer. Of all the things in this story, this makes the most sense as one cannot carry a firearm into one of Trump’s rallies.
Europeans and British often don't have any idea how large this country is. He probably thought he'd just pop over to CA for a few days, a nice drive.
I am in complete agreement here. These are pertinent questions that should be pursued. I am an expat from England and a Canadian citizen. What I just cannot figure is how a 19 year old gets enough credit/cash to have an automobile and drive around many miles. The old adage drummed into my youthful head in England was "money doesn't grow on trees". Perhaps now it does. Many would like to know the secret where I live in Canada.
I smile sadly as I remember my own attempt to get into the United States as a 23 year old in 1954. I got the forms from the American embassy in London. I had to have a clear years pay in hand and a sponsor, the forms said. Canada wanted $150 dollars and disembark, then find work.
In anyone's language this fellow is not only a fool, but pathetic to boot. Albeit dangerous too.
