Well, for some reason they couldn't get to the exits. I heard that someone managed to break through a wall to get to one exit and made it out safely.

We can brainstorm, but potential little evil jihadis are taking note of news accounts. One shooter easier to take out than 3 or four stationed box-style.

It just bugs me; I don't go into those places any more, not necessarily because of that. But I'd want to go in with a plan and means/improvised tool/weapon if I were to go into a soft target place again. Heck a grocery store is that but more places for cover and people usually spread out.

Damn jihadis always one step ahead of the authorities. This guy didn't show any special creativity about the whole thing and raised flags several times. So the film at the gun store was grainy. How about a vehicle description or other cameras around? Stuff like that.

I've been troubleshooting things on my pc and shoopping online with my antiquated browser, trying to do a successful backup of my hd so I can try an upgrade. This is why I put stuff off. I've been at it and on the phone off and on for 2 days now.

Gotta hit the sack.

Well, for some reason they couldn't get to the exits.

I have wondered about this. Typically, the municipal "fire code" regulations, or whatever they're called, would require a certain number of exits relative to the number of people the building can accommodate -- and in fact that number of people is determined by the number of exits. One man can't possibly cover all the exits in a building holding a few hundred people.

One of many still unanswered questions.
