Kosovo is the first thing that comes to Russian minds. It was when they were betrayed by America. They realized as many foriegn governments have, (ex Assad), when America shakes your hand, it means you are next.
That’s fine. So they get a portion of Georgia and Ukraine in exchange. Now they should shut up.
