"I wonder where Obama got the authorization to wage this war in Syria.
Any chance Paul Ryan will sue him?"
"...do not worry, PR assured fellow Americans he would stop an over reaching President. ( do I need the sarcasm symbol?)"
Public education and organized private education are sorely lacking in civics instruction. See the War Powers Act (the real Act of 1941 and Second War Powers Act of 1942--not the later pro-commie Resolution dishonestly called an act).

I am very much aware of the War Powers Act and firmly support the process. I honestly believe our military should NOT be involved in military conflict w/o the approval of Congress.
I believe at this point, Obama could get our military into an escalated war in Syria causing war against Russia and Congress would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We would then be in war without congressional approval.
I am absolutely opposed to this scenario.
