“No exercise, no diet, just no sugar.”

Say it is not a diet does not make it so. You underwent an enormous change in diet, which restricted your choice of food tremndously.

That is a diet, by definition. Congradulations on your weight loss. You are doing it the right way, by changing your diet. Good for you.

But do not tell us that no diet was involved.

I guarantee that your intake of calories was reduced a tremendous amount.

If you show me to be wrong, I will be intrigued, but skeptical.

Good point.

I guess what I mean by no diet is I'm not counting numbers. Fat grams, carbs, calories, I have no idea what my intake is.
I will say I don't feel to be missing out on the foods I love and I seem to have become sensitive to the taste of sugar. Tried a little peanut butter awhile back and it seemed to be gritty with sugar. To syrupy to tolerate.
