Armored backpacks are already available, for the children. How are defensive technologies inherently bad?
I am a recovering aircraft engineer. I wore a bullet proof vest and neck protector when testing certain carbon fiber assemblies. And I got them, WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
