Alaska has reasonable laws where carrying is a normal activity.
One of the responsibilities there is not to carry while intoxicated.

In Texas, you can't legally pack if you have any alcohol in your system. If the constables challenge you, you better blow a 0.00, or you're in for some serious trouble.
Other places where you can't carry include places where drunks tend to hang out. This includes bars, sports venues, polling stations, and town hall meetings with politicians.
