As president Trump can stop refugees and immigration from terrorist affiliated countries but not every Muslim coming into the country based only on their religion.

Actually there is law that says that not only cane he but he must consider religion. Freepers have posted this stuff many times.

By the way, where is the law that says we must have any immigration at all?

Religion can be taken into account for immigration applications but you cannot stop Muslims coming into the country on a tourist visa without sealing our borders to everyone.
