We live on the east side of Rainbow Lake, property behind us goes right down to the lake.
The Rodeo-Chediski Fire was 14 years ago but must people up here who went through it feel the tension all over again.
This fire is by no means as big but very close.
We lived on the east side of the lake also, on Dragonfly. We were there during the Rodeo-Chediski Fire , it was a bad one.
