The contingency that something like 65% [please verify, FReepers] of the nation's raw energy that provides both fossil fuels and electricity needs to be stopped over speculated "environmental" "concerns" speaks loudly, and, frankly, needs to be silenced. Perhaps a wartime environment could provide that.
