Trump said he was going to meet with the NRA—The National Rifle Association—to discuss gun control.
Not the Democrats, not the left, not the president, not some gun grabbing group, but the NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION to get their advice.
The press is spinning this as Trump somehow being soft on gun rights.
Yea right, like what kind of advice does anyone think he’s going to get from the NRA?
I think that Trump is mostly concerned with due process issues.
I haven't been able to stay ahead of this today, but initially it seemed to me that Trump was headed to the NRA to find out what their going along with the no fly/no buy stuff was all about.
