How do you like the AR556? I was thinking about dumping my AR and Mini-14 to pick one up. Unfortunately, boat, capsize.... You know the rest of the story.
I haven't put it through it's paces yet. I have a PC S&W M&P 15 that I'm getting used to. It was doubling and S&W replaced the bolt. That seems to have fixed the problem. And then I've got a Sig 716 AR 10 that's a fine weapon. But I'll likely take the Ruger to the range next week.
I plan to keep iron sights on it. The other two have long range/higher dollar optics. Zeiss and Leupold. Fine target rifles.
