You're plan rant, sounds great on paper... and that's where I'd leave it my FRiend.
I'd get some magnetic Trump signs and put them on my vehicle. I would also get a real bullhorn, not the kiddy one like they have at Radio Shack, but like the PO PO use, and I would drive around those same neighborhoods, shouting- ALLLLL ABOARD! That's about all I would say- ALLLLL ABOARD!
Turn up the a/c, turn on your favorite radio station, kick back, and have some fun. It's way less risky and doesn't involve vandalism or trespassing, which I'm trying to steer you out of doing.
