Yep, sliding people onto “watch” lists means no due process. You will go to the local gun shop to buy a new firearm and come back "denied" because you said liberalism is a mental disorder online, and that is now considered a threat...and good luck getting your name off of it.

Not me. I've chosen to "opt out" of the government's background check scheme since the Brady Bill became law back in the 1990's, all my purchases are through individuals, cash only, preferable from people I don't know and will never see again. I've never trusted the promises that the feds aren't keeping a defacto "registration" list somewhere, since I've never filled out a single Form 4473 as far as the government is concerned I don't own a single gun and I intend to keep it that way...(even if universal background checks ever become law.)
