I am dubious of “bystander” laws

If she drove him there, she's going to prison for a long time, even under a generous plea agreement (unless she can lead them directly to an ISIS cell, which I seriously doubt, sounds like not the brightest bulb in the drawer).

Rightly so, as an accomplice. Although a fair to middlin' lawyer would likely spin it into him "threatening" her, and without contrary evidence one would be forced to accept her testimony at face value.

There just isn't likely to be a whole lot to pursue with this woman. Probably would be better served to look closer at his dad, his Black Panther imam, speakers at his mosque, etc. Their doctrine says women are property, after all ;)
