Washington (CNN)President Barack Obama on Tuesday unleashed a blistering verbal assault on Donald Trump and his proposal for a ban on Muslims entering the country, saying the suggestion violates the principles of American democracy and dismissing the "yapping" from "politicians who tweet."
Obama also angrily pushed back against criticism for not using the term "radical Islamic terrorism," calling it "loose talk."
"What exactly would using this language accomplish? What exactly would it change?" Obama asked during remarks at the Treasury Department. "Would it make ISIL less committed to try and kill Americans?" he continued, using a different acronym for ISIS.

Obama’s current state of agitation makes me wonder if a couple of cells didn’t activate properly last weekend.
If it is a speech given at Treasury, should it not be primarily about the economy and not something else?
If Obama did not talk about the economy, then perhaps the speech is meant to be a distraction(?)

Obama is not used to being challenged and being on the receiving end of criticism from Trump is getting under his skin big time. All his life he got special treatment. The media won’t question him and neither will the Republican Party for that matter. But now there’s a new political force out there that he can’t silence. Its fun watching Obama unravel under the pressure.

But the MSM told us not to call him Hussein, called us xenophobic, racist bigots, and the GOP called us wacko hobbits, meekly fisted their foreheads and told us to concentrate on giving them Congress.

Whether it is “work place violence” “lone wolf” self-radicalized” he almost never uses the word Muslim. He would rather blame an attack that kills our Ambassador on an Internet movie than what really happened. He would rather blame a murder at a military base on workplace violence than what it is.
Ignoring or covering up is what the Big Zero seems to prefer rather than confront and deal with things as they exist.
The GOP has never, EVER had a firm grasp on political warfare, which is just one reason the GOP loses so much.
Congress is absolutely worthless. Whenever it adjourns (which it does frequently) nobody notices.
