Can the fine be paid with EBT cards?I know you're joking, but the fed will take any federal payment due you (tax refund, contract payment, Social Security - within limits, not the whole thing, etc...) if you owe them money. Since EBT is paid by the fed, but distributed at the state level for management purposes, no, the EBT card can't be used. Unless they get cash back. ;-)
