I’m not Special Forces or anything like it...but I have held a loaded 30 round ‘clip’ (i.e. magazine) and it would not be difficult to tote 9 of them, in my opinion. Anybody else that can comment on this...

The early reports said that the Isis killer had a suicide bomb vest. He probably had a tactical clip vest on.
