15. Existing standards for wire separation may not provide adequate protection against damage from short circuits.

Really? The National Electrical Code does this with buildings all day every day. One thing the NEC absolutely specifies is that signal wires can not run inside the same conduit as power carrying wires. It's not allowed at all.

Hard to believe they don't apply as stringent standards to aircraft as they do to buildings.

16. A short circuit producing excess voltage that was transferred to the center wing tank (CWT) fuel quantity indication system wiring is the most likely source of ignition energy for the TWA flight 800 CWT explosion.

Because insulating 115 volt wiring is just so incredibly difficult.

The 747-400 Electric Power System (EPS) is an integrated drive generator (IDG) based parallel system, providing 360 kVA of 400-Hz, three-phase, 115-Volt power. Microprocessor-based controls provide automatic noninterrupt power transfer, load management and fully selective protection to significantly reduce crew workload. The controls also provide continuous caution, advisory, status and maintenance information for flight deck display. Sophisticated built-in-test (BIT) and added levels of redundancy increase operational integrity.

Bless your heart. Being consumed by conspiracy theory must be a burden. Here’s hoping you find peace.
