Certainly he didn't mean Obama was an accessory or an accomplice. After all, Obama identifies with LGBT as much as he does with Islam (which is strange, by the way). Trump means that Obama can't bring himself to see the threat of Islam. Not just that, but to some extent Obama buys into the Islamic worldview. He and many of those around him are MB fellow-travelers and enablers. That's what's going on.
