This is no different than Arabs who act like terrorists in the airport as a lark, and then sue companies for taking appropriate action. It’s the fact that the powers that be enable them that hurts us. If somebody, especially an Arab, says something and a person or company acts on that statement, then the courts should not allow lawsuits.
I agree with the poster above who said this classmate should not talk without a lawyer. In today’s politically correct culture he is setting himself up.
