this guy had background checks and had two state issued licenses and I suspect he passed even though he was investigated got terrorism ties because of the PC sensitivities, you know, can’t discriminate against muslimes even if they are a threat. . .anyway, this “representative” was a ranting fool.As has been pointed out, you can be on the TSA no-fly list, but your Second Amendment rights can't be abridged. The guy had been convicted of no crime.

As has been pointed out, you can be on the TSA no-fly list, but your Second Amendment rights can't be abridged.Tell (or SELL) that to New Jersey, NYC, DC, Chicago, and a bunch of other places with unconstitutional gun laws!
