Well, we have a bed of scrambled eggs at the top, covered by “ Jack Daniel’s bourbon” bacon strips, just below a medly of potatoes, green and red peppers and bit of tomato, moving over to three pancakes that hide single egg cook over easy, and at the top two pieces of French Toast with syrup on the side. Black coffee of course. Voila!!!!
Mmmmmmm.....yummy. So elegant looking.

BTW, those pancakes appear to have an extra ing.....something green. Maybe they are blinis?
