It cannot be overstated how important that endorsement was from State Senator Dick Black. He has a HUGE following in a very important swing district, Loudoun County. When I attended the 10th District convention, Senator Black was an outspoken supporter of Ted Cruz and all the delegates for the RNC Convention elected were his slate — they were basically #nevertrumpers. For Virginia to go Republican this election, Loudoun County is one of the swing areas Trump MUST carry.
