Plus our Engineer doesn’t believe in throwing money around unnecessarily on his 55 million primary budget. I don’t know what his General budget is. LOL
Oh, and we would be digging into our milkshake money if we had paid agitators. Not sure our side would know the job description correctly or follow it out. I’d think the first criteria would be a leech with little or no education. That about eliminates all of our base.
